The use of this site Craft Fun (www.craftfun.com.au) and the purchase of online workshops and course material through Craft Fun is governed by the terms and conditions outlined below. Your placement of an order with Craft Fun indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any new workshops and materials which are added to this website are also subject to these terms and conditions. Craft Fun reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Collecting your information

By ordering or registering through Craft Fun you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and send shipping emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can unsubscribe at any time. We may exchange personal information with third party service providers who assist us with our business operations such as payment, marketing, data processing, IT, legal, delivery, website maintenance and other services. Some of these third parties may be a location may be in Australia or located worldwide.

Liability and Safety

Craft Fun is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website.

Craft Fun aims to provide the services to the highest standards, neither it, nor its trainers accept any liability for any inaccuracy or misleading information provided in the programs or course material, any loss or corruption of data, any loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, or any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from taking Craft Fun workshops or from the use of products sold on www.craftfun.com.au. All products sold on www.craftfun.com.au are for display purposes only and are not to be used for any other purpose other than display - any other use of this products is at the purchasers own risk.

Safety is at the forefront of all of our workshops and therefore we advise that all workshops for children under 18 years must be undertaken with the supervision of an adult or guardian. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, users agree that any student under the age of 18 will be supervised when completing an online workshop and using the provided materials or any materials. Users also agree to release and waive any claims against Craft Fun for any personal injury or negligence when viewing the Craft Fun workshops and using associated materials.

Online Workshops

Our online workshops will be available once payment is received in full. Information to connect to our online workshops via ZOOM will be either sent via email/text. If you have opted to purchase your course material package with your online lesson, access to your course may be sent within this package. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to have appropriate access via the internet to be able to access and complete the workshop. Craft Fun is unable to provide refunds for online courses once access has been granted.

All workshops are supplied in an online environment and are available for viewing online and may not be downloaded. The content of the online workshops, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Craft Fun. You may not reproduce any part of the online workshop materials.

Our workshops may contain references to external brands or third-parties. Reference to any third-party products, services, processes or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof, or any affiliation with Craft Fun.

Shipping

Craft Fun has the right to change this shipping offer at anytime. The delivery times provided by Craft Fun are estimates only. Craft Fun will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Craft Fun takes no responsibility for customers providing incorrect address details. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping if their item is returned to Craft Fun due to incorrect address details.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. All products are priced in AUD.

Lesson Materials

Craft Fun provides an option to purchase lesson materials to accompany online courses, students who opt not to purchase lesson materials will be required to provide their own materials for the online lesson.

Students may only purchase one set of lesson materials per online lesson purchased. Lesson Materials purchased cannot exceed the number of online lessons validly purchased.

At Craft Fun we endeavour to provide the materials listed in the selected lesson materials pack although due to product availability we might have to substitute on occasion. Craft Fun will endeavour to reply to any students comments or questions within 24 hours Monday – Friday.

Craft Fun seeks to source out the best quality products from around the world for our students to use in the online workshops. Craft Fun is not the manufacturer of these products and all claims, queries and replacements of parts will be forwarded onto to the manufacturer to rectify. We will do our best to ensure that the manufacturer rectify the situation as quickly as possible for every student.

On purchasing a Craft Fun workshop and associated materials, you agree that the use of any materials supplied are used at your own risk.

Replacements of Parts

All replacements of parts are carried out by the manufacturer and not by Craft Fun. Craft Fun cannot control the availability of parts of replacement goods or the speed of delivery of the replacement parts. Craft Fun has no control over manufacturer warranty periods, nor can we control replacement periods. We will, however, do everything we can to ensure your faulty part is replaced as soon as possible and that you are informed throughout the process.

Exchange of Product or Size

At Craft Fun, we want to offer the best value to our customers. As a small family business, we unfortunately do not have the capacity to cover repeat postage and therefore are unable to offer exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds are not available for customers who have purchased using their NSW Governments Creative Kids Voucher.

NSW Active & Creative Kids Vouchers

Once Creative Kids Vouchers are processed with Service NSW refunds are not available. By supplying an Active & Creative Kids Voucher for payment you are authorising Craft Fun to process the cost of your order with Service NSW. We are unable to process orders until we receive confirmation of your voucher from Service NSW. Once your Creative Kids Voucher has been processed with Service NSW, information on how to access Craft Fun's online workshop will be sent to your email address and/or Mobile Number
